Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in La Turbie, this charming 80 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 9 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with elevator), it features a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed with 3 beds (a double bed + a single bed) and a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 36 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in La Turbie, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Pont Sainte Dévote 8 km (15 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur 26 km (30 min by car)
