Accommodation description
This beautiful southern French villa is situated on a private plot of 5000 m2. In front of the villa is a cosy covered terrace with large dining table overlooking the beautiful garden, the pool (heated on request in May/June and Sept./Oct.) surrounded by a large sun terrace with luxurious sun beds where you can enjoy the southern French sun. There is also a cosily furnished pool house with a lounge set, fridge, BBQ and terrace heating. Attached to the house is a separate studio for 2 pers
The villa is located near the lovely village of Fayence, hidden among the hills, in the green department of VAR (La Provence verte) and here there is plenty to do. Fayence is a wonderful holiday destination all year round. Hire a pedalo at Lac St. Cassien, go rafting or hiking in the Gorges du Verdon and stroll along the wide sandy beaches of the Côte d'Azur (Fréjus and Cannes). Golfers can play on the nearby golf course of Tourrettes: Golf de Terre Blanche. Children will enjoy a day at the tree climbing park in Montauroux (Parcabout). A lovely family holiday home for a wonderful holiday in Provence!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.

Maison très agréable, familiale, au goût du jour, de beaux volumes, propre, bien équipée. Très belle piscine sécurisée, pool house BBQ. Jardin laissé naturel qui nécessiterait quelques marches d’accès autour de la piscine. Villa entourée de verdure au calme, à noter toutefois la proximité de l’aérodrome et le survol récurrent des bimoteurs et ULM.

Ein etwas abgelegener Ort, der ein Auto wirklich notwendig macht. Der schön fertiggestellte Swimmingpool mit Poolhaus stellt einen großen Mehrwert dar. Das Haus hat eine tolle Aufteilung und ist sehr komplett eingerichtet. Schöne voll ausgestattete Küche und Hauswirtschaftsraum und große angrenzende Außenterrasse.
