There’s an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and woodburning stove. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a patio with furniture and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping. Nearest shop and pub in 3.3 miles. Escape to Barnard Castle at the Barn. Please note, this property can only accommodate a minimum of 3-nights.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location òverlooking field with horses and alpacas. The facilities are first-class and very comfortable. We were looking for a property of a high standard where we could relax and this fitted the bill. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful place and Mike and Liz are very welcoming and attentive. Lovely scenery and walks from the door. The wood pellet burner is a joy to use - no mess ! We loved being there.
