Perfect location to walk into Stresa town centre (6mins at a slow stroll).
Nice clean apartment, good size for 4 guests. Very attentive local team.

The balcony ‘faces the lake’ but there is a no ‘lake view’, as there are large apartment blocks obscuring the actual lake.
There are no food store cupboard ingredients at all (no tea, no coffee, no salt, no pepper, no washing powder, no washing liquid, etc), so if you’re self catering, be prepared...

Basic, ouderwets hotel maar zeer goed onderhouden appartement. Ruim, met groot balkon, maar geen uitzicht. Omdat het in een woonwijk ligt ontbreekt het vakantiegevoel. Parkeren was lastig in de buurt. Loopafstand naar het centrum.
Minpunt: Er mogen ook huisdieren in het appartement. Naast hondenharen zat er ook een (vies) hondenspeeltje tussen de bank.

We had a couple of problems initially but they were both quickly sorted out by local agents Rocco and Evita.
The terrace was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower room was well equipped with plentiful hot water.
