Comfortable apartment of approximately 64 m2, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift.
The accommodation is located in an area full of all services and boasts a wonderful view of the San Terenzo beach.
We are close to bars, restaurants and cafes and the ferry to the splendid Cinque Terre, Portovenere, La Spezia and Tellaro.
The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV. The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Access to Lerici and San Terenzo, the two towns that directly overlook the gulf, in the period between 15 June and 31 august, is governed by the limited traffic zone ( ZTL) in force from 10 am to 18,30 pm and from 01,00 am to 05,00 am. The space The apartment of approximately 64 m2 is located on the fourth floor of a building WITHOUT a lift.
To access the apartment you need to take the stairs. The apartment is composed as follows: - BEDROOM I with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. - BEDROOM II with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a sofa. - KITCHENETTE with hob, fridge, freezer, moka, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils; - BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, toilet. - TERRACE with a fabulous panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: WiFi, TV, washing machine, 2 portable fans, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer ATTENTION: the accommodation does NOT have a heating system. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C. We are in Lerici, very picturesque and strategic place which includes two national parks and a regional park – Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park, 5 Terre Park, Montemarcello Park and the Magra River , a large territory, which goes from Liguria to Tuscany, including the realities of Lunigiana, Val di Vara, Garfagnana, and then Versilia, the Tuscan archipelago and Corsica itself, in its historical-cultural ties with the Italian peninsula . For many, Lerici will be an opportunity to take a break for reflection, for others it will be a point from which to start or restart; someone will have the desire to stay, others will set sail again in search of further ports, but bringing with them a little of the 'richness' of this dynamic and clear panorama, perceived as a sailor's vision that tries to embrace in one just a glance at the whole north-Tyrrhenian basin. An amazing stay! Location is perfect, right in the heart of San Terenzo, directly across the road from the beach with a great view from the balcony area. The host was very helpful and communicated very well! I will be recommending others to stay here in the future.

La ubicación extraordinaria y la terraza con una vista preciosa. Le faltaría una mesita y silla para sentarse.
Tienes la opción de ir a San Terenzo o a Lerici Pueblo, precioso.
Los 4 pisos para subir y que nunca hubo agua caliente. Le faltaban tostadora o sandwichera, no muy bien equipada.

Boendet ligger högst upp utan trappor, inget för den otränade. Utöver det är det en takvåning med snedtak, alltså låg takhöjd så inget för den långa heller. Även inte för den som inte klarar av en bastu, solen ligger på hela dagen och det enda som finns är 2 små fläktar. Lägenheten blir kokhet!
Säkert ett jättebra boende innan och efter värsta sommarvärmen, otroligt läge och utsikt!
