Thanks to the ventilated position, the temperature is pleasant in the summer months!. The residence is ideal for those who want to completely relax! Around the apartments there is a park of approximately 4500m² which is planted with olive with a beautiful and very particular swimming pool in the centre . The garden is a great way to walk under the trees and enjoy the tranquility.
Children can play undisturbed. 2 natural stone barbecues are available.

Lovely beaches are about 2 km away.
Orosei offers a good range of shops and is approximately 2 km away.
There are also many restaurants and bars.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine befreundete Familie hat die Wohneinheit neben uns gebucht, das war super! So hatten wir ein gemeinsames Haus und Grundstück mit getrennten Wohnungen.
