This cosy studio apartment is on the ground floor of a modern development and makes a convenient base for an action-packed holiday in the Mont Blanc Valley throughout the year.
The wood-panelled studio sleeps 2 people, but there is an additional sofa bed which would suit a child.
It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a double bed.
It benefits from fast fibre optic internet.
The breakfast bar, which seats 2, divides the living area from the kitchen.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a cooker hob, fondue, raclette, fridge and a Senseo Phillips coffee maker.

Some of the higher slopes around Argentière offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May.
During the summer the valley is packed with activities from hiking and mountain biking, to mountaineering, horse riding, white-water rafting, paragliding, tennis and golf.
Argentière (4 minutes drive) has many of the amenities that visitors need, including restaurants and a supermarket.
The weekly market, where you can find the very best local ingredients, takes place every Sunday morning.
All the facilities of the region are on your doorstep.
There are free train services on the Mont Blanc Express from Montroc le Planet station (4 minute walk), so visitors can explore the whole Mont Blanc Valley.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 20 minute drive from the house.
Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable.

Everything was OK. We only have one comment: please add WiFi login details to the professional instructions for customers. It's embarrassing to have to go to your office for such a small thing.
