## Space This 35 sqm apartment, fully air-conditioned, is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator of the residence “La Résidence de la Plage”.
It enjoys an exceptional beachfront location, offering a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the residence’s swimming pool.
Fully equipped, it is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The bright living area features a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), a TV, a dining table, and a functional kitchen, perfectly equipped for your meals.
The kitchen includes a classic filter coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping area with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, equipped with duvets and pillows.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a washing machine, and a hair dryer.
The toilet is separate, providing added comfort.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
The entire accommodation is located on a single level; the access at the top of the staircase is closed.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and an electric plancha, offering an open view of the sea and the swimming pool, perfect for meals and relaxing moments facing the Mediterranean.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay.
The shared swimming pool of the residence is open from May 7th to September 29th.
A lifeguard is on duty daily from July 13th to August 18th, ensuring safe swimming conditions.
The residence also offers shared outdoor areas with a charcoal barbecue and a petanque court.
Petanque balls are available directly in the apartment. 👉 A private parking space is allocated to the apartment within the residence, for added convenience during your stay.
Ideally located, the apartment is just 100 meters from the main shopping street, with shops, restaurants, and local entertainment.

This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport.
The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
