Nur 200 Meter zur Friedrichstraße und 150 Meter zum Strand. Ruhige Lage. Stabiles WLAN. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.
Die Wohnung wird mit direkter Strandlage beschrieben, dass stimmt so nicht. Der Nachbar ist schwerhörig und musste deshalb einige Male gebeten werden die Lautstärke seines Fernsehers oder der Musikanlage zu drosseln.
