Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned semi-detached house with a swimming pool for rent in Istres. It has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 150 m².

Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A lovely, unfenced private garden of 150 m² and a 120 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - A swimming pool (unheated, open from May to September) measuring 11 m x 6 m and with a depth of 0 to 1.5 m

Le couple d’hôtes sont très gentil et à l'écoute. Lorsqu’il y a le moindre petit souci ou question ils sont très réactifs.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour danc ce gîte spacieux beau et bien pensé.

We had a brilliant time staying in this beautiful property. The location is excellent with so many beautiful places easy to visit, our favourites were Eygalières, Montpellier & Arles . Gisele and Michel were wonderful hosts and extremely welcoming. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return in the future.
