Zentrale Lage in einem Viertel (Gràcia) mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nicht weit weg von einer U-Bahn-Station. Die Wohnung hat Charme. Ausstattung der Wohnung gut, gutes Smart-TV-Gerät. Gute Betten.
Wohnung ist definitiv nicht neu renoviert und das Haus ist recht hellhörig.
