It is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Kitchen / dining room / bar Upstairs: 6 large bedrooms with in each: - A 160x200 bed - A dressing area - A private bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet Outside: Shared with vacationers and owners: - 78 hectare estate - Terrace - Parking inside the secure property. - Laundry room with washing machine Located on the edge of the Noyalo pond formed by the Plessis stream in Theix, this vacation rental is located in an exceptional setting.
The 78-hectare estate is home to an 18th-century castle offering guest rooms (56G56404) and gîtes (56G25133 & 56G25143).
Vacationers with a fishing license can fish in the estate's pond, which is home to pike and carp.

Site exceptionnel. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Toutes les chambres ( côté 6 chambres) avec douches et WC individuels particulièrement appréciés. Quelques points secondaires ameliorables ( consommables de 1 er jour non fournis-porte serviettes et porte torchons en sdb et cuisine absents..). Conclusion : gîte d'excellente qualité au calme.

La propriéte très grande a été superbement rénovée par les propriétaires Le séjour au milieu de la campagne mais avec un étang où on s'est baigné, avec la ferme canards, moutons...mais aussi nandous...Mais le plus est l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires Martine et Hubert (je ne suis plus sûr des prénoms!). La rencontre avec les touristes c'est leur plaisir.N'hésitez pas!
