The gîte is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and comprises

The gîte will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you as much as possible during your stay

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a €250 penalty for additional cleaning costs.


⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.


🧺Linen and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and a general cleaning of the flat and bathroom facilities.


⚠️ However, you are responsible for cleaning and putting away the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven as well as tidying up. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for €30. If you do not book this option in advance and do not follow these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.


🕣 In the event of late arrival (after 8pm), as well as during your stay, we thank you for respecting each of your neighbours. Some of them live permanently in the building, so you will be asked to be discreet when coming and going on the stairs in the evening, at night and in the early hours of the morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, so you need to think about the early risers as well as the late risers and those who have to go to work.
