Cozy studio apartment of about 50 sqm with mezzanine, located on the ground floor (one step at the entrance), able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, with all the main services.
With a walk of about 20 minutes it is possible to reach the wonderful Piazza dei Miracoli, with the famous leaning tower.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a mezzanine with double bedroom and a bathroom.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. Apartment was clean and well thought out. Location great, not too loud but still very central
We had a bit of a problem with the electrical and hot water but everyone was super friendly and everything was resolved quickly

Property was nice and clean and in a great location. Only issue for us was the weather was extremely hot so the 10 minute walk to the tower or 25 minute walk into where the clothes shops and everything was was difficult with the heat but otherwise the walk in would be a breeze. There was a convenient shop about 5 minute walk away which was handy for snacks.
