Cozy apartment of about 60 sqm, located on the ground floor (one step at the entrance), able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood, with all the main services.
With a walk of about 20 minutes it is possible to reach the wonderful Piazza dei Miracoli, with the famous leaning tower.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Self check-in will take place in this accomodation.
It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro; - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
The apartment is located just outside the city center of Pisa, in a quiet residential area, but equipped with all the main services (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies). Just about 10 minutes walk from the apartment you can find the San Jacopo 3 and XXIV Maggio 2 bus stops, from which it is possible to reach the main attractions of the centre.
Main distances: - Piazza dei Miracoli: 20 minutes on foot; - Piazza dei Cavalieri: 20 minutes by public transport. - Carrefour Express (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot; - Pizzeria A Modo Mio: 5 minutes on foot; - Municipal Pharmacy 2: 6 minutes on foot. - From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach the Central Station thanks to the PISAMOVER service. - From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment with buses 1+ or 4, which stop a few minutes on foot from the accommodation. - If you travel by car, it is possible to park for free near the accommodation (NOT GUARANTEED).

Obiekt zgodny z opisem, w środku czysto, dostępne wszystko co potrzeba. Dosłownie za rogiem pizzeria i kawałek dalej sklep. Dużo miejsca 2 sypialnie i salon kuchnią.
Dojcie do apartamentu znajduje się w ciemnym zaułku, w nocy nie wzbudza poczucia bezpieczeństwa, jest delikatnie brudno. Bardzo mała kabina prysznicowa.

O local é muito bom. Fácil de se deslocar para a praça e para as atrações de Pisa. Muito bem equipado, com máquina de lavar e os utensílios de cozinha em boa quanri. Tem estacionamento e privacidade. Vi alguns comentários sobre o barulho da oficina mas, sinceramente, não nos incomodou em nada. Na realidade, quase não ouvimos a oficina.

L'appartamento all'interno è accogliente e vanta di comodo riscaldamento ad aria oltre che di una bella camera matrimoniale con letto comodo e armadio a disposizione.
Mancavano i faretti all'ingresso o meglio probabilmente erano fulminati, così come quelli all'interno. L'area appena fuori l'ingresso dell'appartamento è un poco curata.
