Cocoonr is offering this charming, unique and light-filled house for rent in Vannes, which can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. Located just a 5-minute walk from the harbour and the town centre, with a floor area of 100m² and freshly renovated, it is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends and explore the Gulf of Morbihan.
As always with Cocoonr, your home is ready for you to move straight in: your bed will be made on arrival, towels are provided, and Wi-Fi access is included in the price of your booking.
To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a starter pack of groceries, salt, pepper and cleaning products… All you need to do is unpack your bags and discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 50 m² living area with TV, Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sofa, dining table and fireplace - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, gas hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed (160x190) with a view of the garden, an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet accessible from the bedroom - 1 separate toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: a double bed (160x190) - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed and two single beds - A shower room with shower and 1 toilet You will also have access to a small detached chalet at the far end of the garden: - Bedroom 4: a double bed - A shower room with a shower and a separate toilet For even greater comfort: a cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A lovely garden in the heart of the town + a terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days. - A garage for storing bikes or motorbikes. The house is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and more… Transport: - You can park for free on the street; parking is easy and free. - Nearest railway station: Vannes station, 8 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes by car - Bus stop nearby Other details: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels). - External contractors carry out rubbish collection regularly and independently.

Location de belle taille pour accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes, conforme à la description, très bien équipée et excellemment placée en zone résidentielle très calme mais aussi très proche du centre ville, d’un port et de tous les commerces.
Très belle adresse,maison très agréable.

Le charme de la maison qui est très agréable et l’emplacement
Lits simples à l’étage inconfortables,poêles de cuisine inutilisables car très usagées,absence de verres à eau.

L’espace lui même, cette maison a une âme et la proximité de la Rabine.
Il manque des raclettes pour les parois vitrées des douches mais c’est bien peu de choses.
