The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 29 m² living room with a TV, DVD player, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…. - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 with twin beds (80/190) (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), TV - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 10 m² balcony surrounding the property, complete with furniture, perfect for enjoying sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - The forest offers a variety of walks, trail runs and cycle routes, with cycle paths throughout the town - Noirmoutier is just a 35-minute drive away - Le Puy du Fou is a 45-minute drive away - The countryside, with its windmills and walking trails - A vast white sandy beach stretching as far as the eye can see, perfect for sand yachting, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park. très beau logement la literie et super ayant des problèmes de dos je recommande la vue super toujours de la place pour se garer et appartement spacieux tout se qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour merci beaucoup pour se séjour

Logement fidèle à la description. il y avait tout pour passer un bon séjour. Très bien équipé.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis : aimable, souriante...
