We are in the center of La Spezia about 7 minutes walk from the Central Station. The location is therefore excellent both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre. Ideal location for exploring the city and the wonders of the 5Terre!

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
