We are in the center of La Spezia about 7 minutes walk from the Central Station.
The location is therefore excellent both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre.

The space The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, coffee machine with pods, moka, kettle, traditional and microwave oven and kitchen utensils), dining table and French double sofa bed; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with a single bed and a wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC. - BALCONY FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, portable fans, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is located on the first floor. Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.

Property was easy to find and a 15 minute walk from the main train station. It was fine for a 4 night stay. Unfortunately the weather was awful and it would have been good to have a few books or games to play, we had bought our own but soon got bored with them.
The apartment is clean but is very basic, and I feel it could do with some updating and a cosier feel would be good.
