Nestled on the third floor, this apartment for 4 in Erquy enjoys a prime location.
A short stroll across the street brings you to the beach, perfect for walks, swimming, and sunbathing on the sand.
You're also close to the town center, offering access to shops, cafes, and the summer market. Another undeniable asset of this accommodation is its sea view, which you can enjoy from the balcony with a morning coffee, or in the evening while grilling.
The living area also allows you to take in the blue of the ocean through its large bay window.
You'll find a very well-equipped American kitchen with electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
It opens onto the round dining table, where you'll enjoy sharing good meals.
Then there's the living room, a cozy corner inviting relaxation in front of a movie on the television. At nightfall, you can retreat to the apartment's bedroom, which features a double bed and seaside decor.
In the living room, simply unfold the sofa to reveal the other two sleeping spaces.
For added convenience, there is a bathroom with a hairdryer, a separate toilet, a washing machine, and a barbecue. Located in an ideal area for families and by the sea, the rental is situated at: - 50 m from "du Centre" sandy beach - 160 m from "La Marmite" restaurant - 300 m from "Chez Sylvie" restaurant - 350 m from "Carrefour Contact" supermarket - 1 km from "de Caroual" sandy beach - 2 km from "de Lourtuais" sandy beach - 3 km from "Super U" supermarket - 9 km from "de Fréhel" Golf course - 11 km from "Bluegreen Pleneuf-Val-Andre" Golf course For a more relaxing atmosphere, Erquy also boasts about ten fine sandy beaches to enjoy the Breton sun. Numerous water sports for the whole family are available (kite surfing, flyboarding, sailing, sand yachting, etc.). This rental benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout your stay for personalized services.
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, according to your desired comfort.
Ordered linen is provided upon arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possible renewal, and in-stay cleaning is outside our scope of intervention. This furnished rental is equipped with Wi-Fi. This furnished rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not accepted in this rental. A tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid in advance of your stay. The accommodation does not have a dedicated charging station for electric vehicles.
For safety reasons, please do not use domestic outlets and prioritize a dedicated charging point. REF: hoomy11707

La vue face à la mer
Le confort du lit
Les rangements dans la chambre
Le calme dans l'immeuble
Le check out : concierge à l'heure ,courtois
