A 1970s house, completely renovated and semi-detached from an unoccupied dwelling.
Upstairs (external staircase): entrance hall, spacious dining room with TV lounge area, an equipped kitchen adjoining a dining area, five bedrooms: (1x160) (1x160) (2x90 or 1x180) (3x90) (1x160), two shower rooms, each with an Italian shower, sink, and heated towel rail, two separate WCs.
On the ground floor: a laundry area with a washing machine and a large garage that can accommodate 4 cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
You will enjoy a fully enclosed private garden of 1000m².
At your disposal: garden furniture, a Weber gas barbecue, and a ping-pong table.
Please note, pets are accepted but must remain in the enclosed garden.
There is a shelter, and they can also spend the night in the garage (no pets inside the cottage).
Behind the cottage: agricultural buildings are used for storage by the owners.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Chateauneuf sur Isère is the ideal place to explore this fascinating region, the Drôme.
The cottage is located near the banks of the Isère River (50m).

Le gîte est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Il est spacieux et très propre, les équipements sont optimales, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La décoration est soignée et le confort du logement est très appréciable. Nous avons apprécié y séjourner un weekend et pensons même revenir. Nous recommandons donc sans hésiter.
