You can make yourself comfortable on the cosy corner sofa and the sofa can be converted into a double bed.

The balcony is a nice size and has balcony furniture and an awning with electric remote control that extends across the entire width of the balcony.
The bedroom has a box-spring bed measuring 180x200cm and a large wardrobe. The comfortable bathroom has a bathtub and a large walk-in shower, and a coin-operated washing machine is also available.
The car parking space with the number 8 is directly at the house.
You can park and charge your bicycles in the neighbouring house in the specially designated bicycle cellar.
