The Rio terraced villas are located in a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta. Located 1km away from the beach and the town center of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. The covered car park is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Further parking spaces are available on the public road.
