Der Zustand der Küche, war zu Beginn etwas erschreckend. Da das Eisfach im Kühlschrank mit Pappe abgedeckt war, die Kaffeemaschine keine Kanne hatte, nur eine Platte am Einbauherd funktionierte. Zusätzlich gab es zwei mobile Plattenherde.
Der Sofa, der auch als Bett genutzt werden hätte können, war sehr unbequem.
