The Tiny houseboat, as a mobile home on the water, has a small living area with sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV. A small separate bedroom has a pull-out bed. Both the living room and bedroom have an entrance and exit to a respective outdoor terrace. A small bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC, as well as a hairdryer. The living area is also equipped with a small fridge, a sink, a kettle and a coffee machine. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate in this little space miracle. A terrace with seating offers the most beautiful view of the harbor cinema and the Jasmund Bodden.

Nestled in the nature reserve around the Great Jasmund Bodden and ideally centrally located in the northern part of the island of Rügen, the small tiny boat is in a sheltered location in the Martinshafen marina. Let your gaze wander over the glittering surface of the water all day long or enjoy a bottle of wine with a view of the sunset at the end of an eventful vacation day. The unique vacation location for you is firmly moored in the harbor, ready for relaxing hours and unique vacation moments. More vacation with and on the water is not possible. With plenty of unspoiled nature, directly on the water and a small stretch of beach right by the harbor. Enjoy relaxing hours. Or, weather permitting, enjoy the excellent conditions for kitesurfing or windsurfing. In any case, you will want to come back again and again after unforgettable moments with a glass of wine and a view of the sunset over the great Jasmund Bodden.
The small marina is still a real insider tip and has developed into an interesting hotspot for houseboat vacations and sporting vacations near the water in recent years.
The small resort continues to grow steadily with new moorings and small suites and vacation homes in a prime waterfront location. The harbor is located just a few kilometers from the famous island highlight Ralswiek open-air theater and a beautiful excursion from Cape Arkona and offers various accommodations on and near the water with a small harbor snack restaurant and free Wi-Fi in all areas as well as free private parking on the marina grounds. The larger towns of Sassnitz and Bergen are just a few minutes away by car. The site is ideally located for excursions to the Rügendamm and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund and has its own small beach areas and water access. The existing small harbor bistro offers a wonderful view of the harbor and the Jasmund Bodden and has a sun terrace. The area is ideal as a starting point for exploring the island and for cycling. De natuur is prachtig. Je loopt zo naar de landpunt en de zee. Goed voor kite surfers. Er is een restaurant voor ontbijt en diner.
De boot is veel te klein. Dit is geen tiny maar 3x tiny. Geen 4 pers waardig. Je kunt niet op de wc zitten want er zit een wasfafelkast tegen je been. Er is servies en bestek voor 2. Niet voor 4. We waren gelukkig met 2pers maar zelfs dan is het klein.
