Comfortable apartment of approximately 65 m2 that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located inside the Casale park, the sea, the Castle and the historic center of Rapallo can be easily reachable on foot.
Adjacent to the hills and 1 km walk from the train station and ferries to easily reach the Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita or Portofino.
The accommodation of approximately 65 m2 is located on the third floor, but has an entrance located at street level, so there are no stairs to access, the entrance is immediately beyond the access gate.
The internal space is composed as follows: - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka and kitchen utensils. - LIVING AREA with two armchairs and a dining area. - BEDROOM I with double bed. - BEDROOM II with two single beds. - BATHROOM with toilet, sink, bidet and bathtub. - BALCONY with 2 wooden deckchairs.
Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating, washing machine, 2 fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - NO AIR CONDITIONING - The living room and bedrooms do NOT have doors, but are separated from the living area only by curtains. - The area is very quiet; however, due to the railway tracks right next to the apartment, there may be some noise.

Rapallo is one of the gems of the Ligurian Riviera, overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio and just 8 km from Portofino.
