In Bénodet, we offer you this charming 55 m² duplex apartment with sea view, less than 500 m from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows First floor - 12 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - Bedroom 1: bunk bed with two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside : - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September). - A 6 m² sea-view balcony with a table and sixchairs to enjoy the sunny days. The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very plea sant environment.
Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Les écoulement de la douche et celle de la baignoire sont quasiment bouchées.
Le plateau tournant du micro onde ne correspond pas avec le socle , ce qui le rend quasiment inutilisable. J' ai mis un message a la responsable mais resté sans réponse.
Absence d' alarme incendie.
Peu d' ustensiles de cuisine.
Bel emplacement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, avec une très belle vue. L'accès à la plage et au port qui permet de nombreuses ballades est également appréciable.
Merci enfin à Sabrina pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
