Within the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, in the village of Saillant, this terraced house with an unoccupied building near the road will seduce you with its ideal location.
Only 3.5km from St-Nectaire, you can discover nearby the petrifying fountains of Saint-Nectaire, the Château de Murol, Lake Chambon, Pavin and Aydat for swimming and water sports, hiking or mountain biking, the petrifying fountains and the water park in Saint Nectaire, cross-country skiing in the Domaine du Guéry and downhill skiing in Super-Besse or Mont-Dore.
The gîte is made up on the ground floor of a living room with kitchen open to the living room and the dining room as well as a separate WC.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, as well as a shower room.
The accommodation has an enclosed courtyard.
For your comfort, electric heating is included.

Gîte situé au bord d'une départementale très passante. Très belle région avec plein de randonnées à faire.Nos quinze jours de vacances ont été bien remplis.Truffade, aligot et fondue de Saint Nectaire à volonté !

Route très passagère on entend les voitures la nuit pas agréable pour dormir ainsi qu'on entend claqué une plaque d'égout dès qu'une voiture passe dessus sinon très bon gîte bien équipés et au moins on peut se garé à côté du gîte, les propriétaires très agréable par contre les photos ne sont pas mise à jour sur le site de gîte de rance.

Le gîte est propre, très bien équipé. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine, on a profité de l'etérieur avec la bruit de la rivière au fond du jardin. Propriétaire très accueillant, souriant avec pleins de conseils pour les visites à faire sur le secteur. Notre semaine est passée vite, beaucoup de sorties et de randonnées à faire à proimité. Merci à vous :)
