Welcome to our spacious holiday flat "Gästehaus Peter" here in Mettlach. With more than 80 square metres of living space over two floors, our flat invites you to linger and feel good here in Mettlach. The flat was renovated in 2022 / 2023
On the ground floor is the comfortable living room with a large corner sofa, which can also be used as an additional bed (double bed). TV with streaming service is available.
In addition, a fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The inventory includes a cooker with baking function, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Further equipment naturally includes crockery and cutlery for 4 people, pots and pans and a basic supply of spices, coffee and tea.
From the eat-in kitchen you have direct access to the balcony with barbecue facilities and the garden.
A newly designed guest toilet with washbasin is also located on the ground floor.
The upper floor can be reached via a natural wood staircase. Here you will feel right at home in the spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa bed and flat screen TV. The furniture and walls are in bright, friendly, feel-good colours. A TV with streaming service is available.
We have furnished another bedroom with a single bed in a Mediterranean style. This room has a beautiful view of the garden.
On the upper floor is the newly and modern designed bathroom with floor-level shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
The flat has free Wi-Fi in most areas.

A deposit of 30% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Payment should be made in advance by bank transfer up to 5 days before arrival, cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, up to 7 days before arrival 50% and up to 3 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged. arrival is possible from 16:00.

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over by key safe or by arrangement.
Pets are not allowed
The basic price includes towels, bed linen, final cleaning and WiFi.
