Le Clos de Maraye is arranged as follows: on the ground floor kitchen living room with integrated kitchen, sofa, TV. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (2x90x190), bathroom, separate toilet.
Outside: east-facing terrace, parking on site.
The gîte is adjoining another gîte but the entrances are independent and the outdoor living spaces have been created without vis-à-vis. 1 hour from Grenoble and 1h15 from Lyon, we are located in a quiet hamlet 3km north of the town center of Romans.
You will be close to everything and the beautiful, must-see sites in the area.
Romans-sur-Isère is a former industrial city of luxury shoes, discover its pedestrian streets and its historic center with its remarkable heritage.
The foothills of the Vercors, the Rhône valley and its wines and orchards, the Drôme hills with its hikes, villages and panoramas.
Local specialties: Dauphiné ravioles, pogne, Romans glasses, fruits from the Rhône valley, truffles, wines…

Le gîte est très bien adapté pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons passé une semaine pour les fêtes de Noël. Le propriétaire est tres accueillant et réactif. Nous étions une famille de 10 personnes et avons pu réunir les 2 gîtes. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Le Gite est situé dans un environnement calme et agréable. Le gîte est très bien équipé, la literie est confortable . Le Propriétaire, Simon est disponible et très accueillant, à l écoute et réactif. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir du gîte et de notre hôte

Un gîte très bien fait, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et sympa. Nous étions 10 et nous ne manquions pas de place. L’environnement est calme et bien situé. Nous recommandons sans problème !
