Isolated Catalan farmhouse from XIX century, dedicated to agriculture and forestry in its origins has been fully restored and renovated. Situated 9km from Solsona and 3km from the small town Lladurs.

The house is surrounded by fields and forests. Games room with ping pong and fridge. Porch with barbecue. Sandpit for children, swings and slide. On one side of the house there is the private swimming pool, which is fenced (8 x 4 m).

The house is located in the northern part of theregion of Solsonés, therefore there are lots of valleys and mountains of great beauty and charm as the Port del Comte, the Serra del Verd, Busa, the Valley of Lord and Aigua d'Ora, etc. Just 20 km from the house we find the ski resort of Port del Compte and 25 km from the nordic ski station Tuixén-la Vansa, where you can enjoy the snow and the different activities that they offer. Ideal environment for hiking or mountain biking, horse riding 15km, climbing routes in Canalda, 30km reservoir of Llosa del Cavall (water activities), GR-9, farm walks, swim in the Pont del Clop and the Ribera Salada... In addition the city of Solsona is only 10 km away from the house, where you can find all the facilities and a magnificent old city. You can also visit the town of St. Llorenç Morunys, Lord shrine, the shrine of the Miracle, the modernist cemetery of Olius, the mountain of salt of Cardona...
