This room is approximately 12m2 and has a comfy bed which can unfold into a double bed. It is fully equipped and available exclusively for you. 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with bathtub, and 1 shower are available and shared with other guests, as well as the kitchen and dining area.


As a host, I am also quite flexible and always just a phone call away from my guests.

Neighborhood description

This accommodation is located in the Meidling district of Vienna, which offers many interesting places for tourists to visit. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bars in the immediate vicinity of the apartment that offer typical Viennese cuisine and international cuisine. Shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, bakeries, and small shops are also available in the area.


One highlight nearby is certainly the Schönbrunn Palace Park, which is about a 25-minute walk from the apartment. Here, visitors can explore the world-famous palace park, Schönbrunn Zoo, and the Schönbrunn Palace.


With the subway or bus, the center of Vienna is also easily accessible, where visitors can discover the magnificent buildings of the Ringstrasse, the Vienna State Opera, the Museumsquartier, and much more.
