Step into my serene new build home, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac, but with excellent transport links to the airport and city centre to explore all Manchester has to offer.
Cook amazing meals from home in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy a cuppa in the relaxing living room or serene private garden area.
Local pubs are a short walk away and the Wobbly Stamp bar with local beers and ciders on tap is only a 4 minute walk from the house.

Comfortable beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen and feature storage to put your luggage and belongings away.

Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin and bath.
Bathroom has freshly laundered towels and bath mat provided.
CHILLING
The living space is well-furnished and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration in the city.
EATING
The state-of-the art modern kitchen fully equipped with kitchen hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/ freezer, plates, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils to create amazing dishes in your home away from home..
The dining area seats 4 and is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals together.
OUTDOORS
French doors lead onto a private and relaxing outdoor area perfect for al fresco dining
The property also features two private parking spaces on the quiet cul de sac road
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. 24/7 check in via key safe, and access to the apartment is via the main door to the house. Access codes will be provided before your check in. Property contains two sets of stairs and two cars can easily park in front of the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
