Ideally located in Ste Adresse, tastefully renovated and decorated, this accommodation will charm you with its splendid sea view, cozy atmosphere, and proximity to the beach (2 minutes walk).


You can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea from the living room, kitchen, and even from your shower!


You will stay less than 50m walk from the famous "Petite Rade," a popular spot for locals and tourists to enjoy a drink or meal facing the stunning sunsets. Shops are nearby, and the city center of Le Havre is within walking distance (10 minutes), by car (2 minutes), scooter, or public transport.


The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residence. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.


Designed for 2 people, it consists of

- A beautiful dining area and living room with a direct view of the sea. To recharge during your stay, the accommodation does not have a television. However, WiFi (high-speed fiber) is available in each room.

- A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.

- A beautiful bedroom equipped with a desk for those wishing to telecommute, as well as quality Queen Size bedding in 160x200cm.

- A bathroom with double sink and shower.

- Separate toilet.


The accommodation is very bright, cozy, and comfortable.


It does not have a private parking, however, free parking spaces are located 20 meters from the accommodation (availability cannot be guaranteed).


Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, hairdryer, etc...


For families, upon request, we can provide you with a baby cot (umbrella). Don't forget to ask us before your arrival.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage.



##Access


By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Parking is free on the street located at the foot of the accommodation. Otherwise, parking is mostly paid from 9 am to 12 pm, and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. Fancy a trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and explore the city.



##Interaction


We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our accommodation. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located near the beach and 10 minutes from the city center of Le Havre.



##Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required upon entering the premises. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
