The Karpacz Residence Apartments are the perfect place to spend your dream holiday, both in summer and winter. In addition to tranquillity, magnificent views of the panorama of the Giant Mountains and proximity to nature, guests will find excellent conditions for active recreation. There are ski resorts and numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, which are ideal for hiking, running and Nordic walking. There are also cycle paths and playgrounds nearby. We can also reach the centre of Karpacz in a short time (approx. 15 minutes on foot).

Dogs are welcome in selected flats. The surcharge for accommodating a pet is PLN 100 (one-time fee). Guests wishing to stay with a dog are requested to contact the staff of the local office in Karpacz in advance by telephone (the telephone number can be found on our website in the CONTACT tab). The facility offers internet access.

A parking space is assigned to the flat (additional charge applies).

The flats are equipped with clean bed linen and towels.

It is possible to rent a high chair and a bathtub free of charge. For an additional fee (50 PLN for the entire stay) we provide a travel cot.

IMPORTANT!
In order to check in before arrival, online formalities must be completed, such as: signing an internal rental agreement, payment of the remaining rental price (if only part of it has been paid), cleaning fee, deposit and tourist tax, etc. any additional fees chosen by the guest (e.g. parking when staying with a dog).

In selected facilities it is possible to enter the flat via a code on the door or via a key machine. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about handing over the keys a few days before your arrival. If the key handover takes place at the local office, please contact us by telephone to arrange the key handover (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
