Holiday home - CASA PLAYA - in a beautiful location
The holiday home is located about 1 km outside the centre on a hill, very quietly situated at the end of a side street with little traffic within a holiday complex. The beach - with white sand and sheltered bathing bays - is approx. 2 km away.

The house offers two large bedrooms on the first floor, each with fitted wardrobes. In one room there is a double bed, in which there is also a baby cot, in the other there are two single beds. The double bedroom is equipped with two sliding glass doors to the balcony, which offers a view of the sea across several houses in the holiday complex. The balcony of the single room invites you to linger with a view of the volcanic landscape. The large bathroom is also located on the first floor, between the two bedrooms. It is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, WC, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.
On the ground floor is the modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, 3 ceramic hobs, microwave, toaster and oven. Next to it is the cosy living room with access to the terrace. Here, guests can watch a range of German TV programmes in HD quality, as well as some English programmes. They also have the option of using the Wi-Fi internet connection with very good speed. There is also a small bathroom on the ground floor with a floor-level mosaic-tiled shower, washbasin and WC.

On the terrace there is a large dining table with 6 chairs, as well as 6 sun loungers with comfortable cushions. Two parasols provide the desired protection. A large and a small communal swimming pool, approx. 100 metres from the house, invite young and old to enjoy themselves every day!

The beach is easily accessible via a paved walkway. There are several sheltered bays here, protected from the waves, making it ideal for children. There are several restaurants close to the beach to cater for guests' culinary needs, and there is also a large supermarket here.

Passionate golfers can indulge their passion on the two nearby golf courses! There is a tennis court 1 km away.

Bicycles can be hired on the beach in Caleta de Fuste.
Watersports equipment can be hired on the beach.

There are plenty of places to go out in Caleta de Fuste (one to two km). The excursion destinations are very varied, such as Corralejo (white sand dunes), Costa Calma, Jandia. There is an animal and plant park in La Lajita. A hire car is recommended.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house!

As usual, a deposit of €200 is required at check-in. Please have this amount ready in cash.

After your booking we will send you the registration form for you as a guest/guests (for every guest over 14 years of age) by e-mail/whatsapp. Please complete this form with your details (Traveller's Data) and sign and date it.
Please send it back to us (email/Whatsapp), together with a photo of your passport photo, at least 1 week before your arrival.
