- Covered terrace with dining table and garden furniture

- Large garden with deckchairs, parasols and coffee corner

- Master bedroom n°1: double bed 160x200 television and desk

- Shower room to the right of the bedroom with double washbasin

- Orange bedroom no. 2: 2 single beds 90x200 that can create a single queen-size double bed + chest of drawers

- Green bedroom no. 3: 2 single beds 90x200 that can create a single queen-size double bed + chest of drawers

- Grey bedroom no. 4: double bed 160x200 with chest of drawers

- Bathroom with bath and 1 washbasin (located at the beginning of the corridor next to the 3 bedrooms above)

A deposit of €2,000 will be paid via a pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by e-mail from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.


Beds will be made on arrival depending on the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc...) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

- Paragliding: you'll have the chance to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: daily spectacle guaranteed!

- Mid-mountain walks from Montmin (15mns), Mont Veyrier (10mns), Parmelan or La Clusaz (20mns)

- Summer tobogganing from La Clusaz resort

- An adventure park at Talloires (15mns) or Tamié (40mns)
