In the district of Mahlzow, within sight of the Peene and the bridge of the same name to Wolgast, the separate vacation home for up to 4 adults and 1 baby, newly built in 2015 in bungalow style, is located in a quiet residential area on a plot of about 600 square meters. Shopping facilities can be found in the center of Wolgast (approx. 15 min. walk), there is a sailing school in the area of the Peene and the fine sandy beaches of Trassenheide or Zinnowitz can be reached in approx. 10 minutes with the Usedomer Bäderbahn (stop 5 min. away).
The spacious and comfortably furnished approx. 150 square meter non-smoking house has a living room with sitting and dining area (each with upholstered furniture and couch or dining table, flat screen TV, CD / DVD player, radio) and adjoining open, fully equipped kitchen (dining counter, oven, mini-oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) with their own bathrooms (1 x with shower/bath, 1 x with shower/bath and separate WC) and a spacious hallway. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and a modern ventilation system.
Guests also have access to two terraces (one covered), a large brick barbecue behind the house, parking, Wi-Fi, bicycle storage, high chair and crib.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy costs. Pets are not allowed in this house.
Mahlzow is a district of the ducal town of Wolgast directly on the Peenestrom and is still on the island of Usedom. The town is connected to Wolgast by the large Klappwaagenbrücke bridge. Special sights in the town include the town museum, the Rungehaus and the Mühlensteinpark. The harbor is the starting point for various boat trips, including to Usedom. Wolgast Zoo is home to over 300 animals of 40 different species. The facility also offers petting enclosures and a zoo school especially for younger guests.
Wolgast is also part of the European Route of Brick Gothic. Points of interest are the Gertruden Chapel and St. Peter's Church. The highlight in Wolgast's old town is the regional weekly market with traders from the neighborhood who offer a variety of seasonal and fresh products directly from the region. There are also numerous restaurants, cafés and shops in the area. The Baltic Sea beach is around 10 kilometers away.
