The one-room holiday home, measuring around 30 square metres, is located on the owner's fully fenced residential property of around 570 square metres on the outskirts of the village and can accommodate up to 3 people (including 1 child up to the age of 6).
It is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio, double bed and an open-plan kitchen area with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and grill.
There is also a bathroom with WC and shower.
The holiday home has tiled flooring and central heating (via underfloor heating) and is also available for use: WLAN, furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage and car park.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
The total price includes: Water and energy consumption.
Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.
To be paid on site: Laundry package (if applicable).
Pets: One small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. The ducal town of Wolgast lies directly on the Peene River and is the gateway to the island of Usedom.
It is only separated from the island by the large Klappwaagenbrücke bridge.
Special sights in the town include the town museum, the Rungehaus and the Mühlensteinpark.
The harbour is the starting point for various boat trips, including to Usedom.
Wolgast Zoo is home to over 300 animals of 40 different species.
The facility also offers petting enclosures and a zoo school especially for younger guests.
Wolgast is also part of the European Route of Brick Gothic.
Points of interest are the Gertruden Chapel and St Peter's Church.
