Relax on the terrace in front of the house with a glass of rosé and enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets or play jeu-de-boules in the large garden. A perfect destination from here to explore the spectacular Gorges de Verdon. Do this with a pedalo, canoe or go for a swim at one of the many beaches on the edge of the Verdon River

The bright blue Lac de Sainte-Croix is a beautiful swimming lake and you can swim, surf, hire pedal boats and boats here. The Gorges du Verdon (Europe's Grand Canyon) is a gorge with steep cliffs and small beaches of the Verdon River, great to paddle through. Also enjoy the cosy villages in this area, such as pretty Moustiers-Sainte-Marie or go eat truffle dishes in the village of Aups (also a nice weekly market!). In the picturesque village of Aiguines, there are several terraces, shops, a beautiful castle and restaurants
