Wonderful 45sqm apartment located on the ground floor of a building without lift (a step to access it).
The apartment is located in the heart of Milan, a famously charming and historic area with a unique mix of history, culture and modernity, making it an attractive area for both residents and visitors.
This area is also close to important landmarks of the city, such as Piazza Castello, Cordusio, Duomo, Cadorna and the Triennale. The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with open kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, TV and dining table; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, autonomous heating, ducted air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer and clothesline. Guests' access The whole flat will be at your complete disposal! Sijainti todella hyvä. Sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui sovitusti ja helposti.
Huoneisto on aika kolkko, huone korkeus tekee osan siitä. Siisteyden tasossa parannettavaa. Asioita oli myös rikki, WC:n altaan hana melkein irti, seinähylly kylpyhuoneessa irti ja laatikossa, jääkaappi ei viilennyt. Huoneiston taso ei vastannut täysin odotuksia, kohtuu korkea hinta/ yö. Sijainti korvasi puutteita.
