With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, you can enjoy access to the residence's swimming pool and its pleasant exterior, where you can listen to the birdsong (hence the "Bergeronnettes") and make the most of your holidays!

Situated in a quiet area of La Hume, with local shops (grocery, butcher, baker), restaurants, oyster tasting at the port with its famous huts, cycle paths, the station less than a minute away and the beach just 5 minutes' walk away.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- A beautiful living room with lounge and dining area, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace and sunny garden.
- A functional, open-plan fitted kitchen with a central island lets you prepare your best specialities, while you relax in the lounge area with sofas and TV facing the forest.
- A corridor leads to three bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds (160×200) and one with bunk beds
- A bathroom with bath and a shower room with walk-in shower complete the sleeping area.
- A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack
- A separate WC

The entire flat has electric shutters.

The single-storey terrace overlooking the living room is waiting for you, with a table and plancha to enjoy the days and evenings with family or friends! A few steps lead down to the garden, where you'll find sun loungers waiting for you!

You'll be welcomed on site by our team, who'll give you the keys and tell you all about what there is to see and do in our beautiful region! Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. Your beds will be made for your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we provide a few coffee capsules, different types of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper and shower gel.

- La Hume station 1 minute's walk away, hourly trains to Bordeaux, 40-minute journey

- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way.
You can visit Le Moulleau (beautiful church and viewpoint over the basin, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, etc.) or take the Dune Express bus which will take you directly there.

Going out :
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon! You can take advantage of all its attractions, discovering the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unbeatable view over the Bay! The little train opposite the Arcachon tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview of the town! At lunchtime, treat yourself to an oyster tasting session in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming ports - the port of Gujan is waiting for you - or at the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you want them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon to Cap Ferret (it's best to book online), Ile aux Oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! A trip down the river Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or take your kayak out on your own!
