Its strategic position and excellent road and rail connections allow you to quickly reach the great cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Rome; Furthermore, in the surrounding area there is a very interesting tourist offer which varies from designer wineries to spas, from the most beautiful parks in Tuscany to the evocative medieval villages of the hinterland, from the vast sandy beaches to the cliffs of the promontories which hide such hidden coves to be almost unattainable.
San Vincenzo, we offer for summer rental, in the pedestrian area, and very close to the sea, a delightful apartment furnished with great taste and completely renovated on the second floor without lift and composed of a kitchenette with living room with the possibility of a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 foldaway bunk bed, bathroom with shower and window.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is in an excellent state of maintenance.

It is forbidden to introduce sand into the shower, leave rubbish and food/drink residues in the accommodation; furthermore, washing of dishes/glasses/pots is required.
Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency.
Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.
Departure: no later than 9:00.
Tourist tax due as per law, from 1 April to 31 October, based on the number of occupants of the property of €1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights over 12 years) ATTENTION: Bedroom and bathroom linen not provided, we will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds present inside the apartment.
