The holiday apartment renovated in 2008 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet location. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. For use are available: children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility and court. There are 3 outdoor showers, a small children's playground, sun loungers by the pool. Each veranda has an outdoor table and chairs


Location
Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a closed plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds of Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by a fresh and lush pine forest. The apartment is located in the center of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea. The location is strategically located for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the southwest coast The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unguarded private parking space in front of the house, there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area we are in is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by local residents. Therefore there is little traffic on the internal roads.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, is at ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the living room with doors to all rooms. Access to the apartment is via shared stone paths leading to the front covered veranda, furnished with outdoor table and chairs. From the veranda you can access the living room with kitchenette through a sliding glass door Eat-in kitchen with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV and access to the loggia (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs).
