## Space This fully air-conditioned accommodation offers a comfortable and functional setting for a pleasant stay, at any time of year.
It features a bright living area with a sofa bed (140 × 190), a friendly dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking on site.
The kitchen includes a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a mini oven, as well as all the necessary equipment to cook easily during your stay.
On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin, toilet, and a hair dryer, as well as a bedroom with a 140 × 190 double bed.
Upstairs, the accommodation offers a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140 × 190), a second bedroom with a 140 × 190 double bed, and an additional separate toilet.
All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with a retractable awning, a parasol, outdoor furniture, and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for sharing meals and relaxing moments in the shade under the mild Mediterranean climate.
Finally, two private parking spaces, located directly in front of the house, are reserved for the accommodation. 👉 For your arrival, the RIBOLEYS team provides a welcome kit, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay.

For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services.
This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport.
This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.

Villa calme sécurisé pour laisser les enfants jouer à l’extérieur proche des commerces touristiques
La plages à proximité vraiment géniale
Negative:
Certains équipements les poêles les casseroles très ancien voir dangereux pour la santé impossible de cuire dessus.
Une Machine à laver qui date de l’après guerre :-) à changer rapidement car grosse fuite

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Le logement été propre à notre arrivé et bien équipé. Très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied (ruelle avec pleins de boutiques, restaurants, plage etc..).
Eva à été super, très réactive, à l’écoute, très gentille et arrangeante.
