## Space Located in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this bright 54 sqm villa is fully equipped to offer a comfortable and friendly stay.
It features two bedrooms: - one with a 140 cm double bed, - the other with a 160 cm double bed.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, as well as duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The living room also includes a sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping space, and a TV.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently.
It includes a Senseo coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a wine cooler, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook easily during your stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a bath mat.
The toilet is separate, offering added comfort.
Outside, enjoy a large 150 sqm private garden and a spacious shaded wooden terrace, opening onto the charming wooden walkways of the residence.
The garden is equipped with high and low outdoor furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, and an electric plancha, perfect for summer meals.
For year-round comfort, the property offers fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to the shared swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 30th.
Finally, two private parking spaces are reserved for the property and are located within the residence’s private and secure parking area. 👉 For your arrival, RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. ## Access The flat has 2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate. ## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.

For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services.
This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport.
This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
