Located at the end of a gated and secure residence, the house enjoys a peaceful setting while being right in the heart of the seaside resort, with the beach and the main shopping street within walking distance.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area featuring a lounge with television, a convivial dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom, also located on the ground floor, includes a shower, a washbasin, and a hairdryer, while the toilets are separate for added comfort.
The kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, classic filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms: one bedroom on the ground floor, fitted with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, one bedroom upstairs, with a 140 × 190 cm double bed and two single beds (90 × 190 cm), ideal for families. 👉 All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
Upstairs, you will also enjoy a mezzanine, featuring a sofa corner with television and a desk area, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.
Outside, the house offers a pleasant terrace equipped with a retractable awning, a charcoal barbecue, outdoor dining furniture, and two sun loungers, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing under the Mediterranean sun.
