## Space Just 100 meters from the beach, in the heart of the new “Le Saint-Louis” residence, this beautiful 27 m² ground-floor studio apartment is fully equipped to offer all the comfort needed for a successful stay, ideal for couples or small families.
Both the beach and the main shopping street are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy a car-free holiday.
The apartment features a large, bright living area, furnished with: a sofa bed with a 140 cm Bultex mattress, a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, offering comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangements. 👉 Each sleeping area is equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
The space also includes a convivial dining table, a TV, a ceiling fan, and a standing fan, ensuring pleasant coolness during warm days.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Senseo coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
The spacious bathroom is perfectly equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, heated towel rail, and a hairdryer, providing everyday convenience.
Outside, enjoy a large private garden with synthetic grass and a south-facing terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, sun loungers, two deck chairs, a parasol, and an electric plancha.
The natural shade of a large acacia tree offers welcome coolness, even on the sunniest days.

This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport.
The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.

Positive:
Appartement très propre , proche de la plage et resto .. accepte les chiens avec petit jardin , mais bien sûr , les sortir sur la rue pour leurs besoins . Place privé de parking
Negative:
literie dans un simple canapé et non un vrai lit , peu confortable , a noter je fais plus de 100 kg !
