## Space This 63 sqm air-conditioned apartment, located on the first floor of a residence without an elevator, is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay.
It features three bedrooms: two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for accommodating children or friends.
All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, as well as all the necessary equipment for everyday cooking.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer.
The toilets are separate, offering added convenience.
Outside, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of a large shaded 17 sqm terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, overlooking a vast 3-hectare green area, a true haven of peace for both children and adults.
For moments of relaxation and refreshment, you have access to the shared swimming pool of the Marina Lodge residence, open from June 1st to September 30th and accessible to all residents.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay. 👉 For your arrival, the RIBOLEYS team provides a welcome kit, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and bath mats, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. ## Access The flat has 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage! ## Interaction Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and unspoilt natural areas to discover through pleasant discovery tours, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.

Vias is an ideal destination for a family holiday.
The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks.
There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking...
The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops. ## Neighborhood The house is located in a private, secure residence.
It is fully gated.
The residence is quiet and family-friendly. ## Transit By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias.
For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains.
This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport.
The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department. ## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
