Townhouse is located in Calella de Palafrugell in a quiet place just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent beaches of Canadell and Llafranc.
The house is divided into three levels.
The house has an outdoor parking space.
On the ground floor we find an entrance, kitchen with a breakfast area and laundry room with washing machine, living room with access to a large sunny terrace and private garden.
The first floor has two double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and one with a shower.
On the upper level we find a large studio with a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a nice terrace.
Capacity: 7/8 people 100€ SUPPLEMENT FOR CLEANING FOR STAYS LESS THAN 1 WEEK.
MINIMUM STAY OF 3 NIGHTS.
THIS SUPPLEMENT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

positive comment: Delightfull home filled with books (mostly Catalan), maps, art and a great deal of tile (which if you cool in the night absorb most of the heat during the day if you shut things up). A wonderful escape to a different time. note: If you suffer allergies bring antihistamine as there are some triggers. negative comment: null
